Wow..been almost a month since I posted. It’s been a busy summer.

Gone a week, home a couple, gone a week, home a couple. This week is VBS and then next week we will be at our church camp.

Still haven’t lost much of anything, but I’m still working on creating better habits. That’s coming along okay, but I feel that’s what I really have to tackle even more than the weight. Weight loss is good, but how can I maintain it if I don’t have the good habits to do so?
